Holidays represent happiness and lots of family events for some, busy schedules and work deadlines while for others time to reflect and remember family.

Statistics show that people gain approximately 2 lbs (1 kg) between Thanksgiving and Dec 31st. That is on top of the average 2 lbs that are gained due to inactivity, age, etc. every year.
